I quickly hit the bookmark button on my browser when I saw the recipe. Lisa is the woman behind this unique lasagna recipe and she is from California. But no matter where it came from, what's important is its discovery and that it is here to stay. This recipe has evolved throughout the years. The original lasagna recipe only used either ricotta or mozzarella cheese. Now, you can use five different types of cheese! What are these five? It's time to get familiar with cheddar, jack, Parmesan, mozzarella, and ricotta cheese. According to Lisa, mixing these cheeses gives this dish a richer depth of flavor.
